This is typically a tool for modeling a business plan. But, can also be a tool for creating a personal plan for one’s health and losing weight.
swot stands for strengths, weaknesses, opportunities, and threats. Strengths and weaknesses are internal factors. Opportunities and threats are external factors.
Lets take a closer look. Create your own swot list from the chart below.
| Strengths: We all have some strengths. What are the things we like to do that help our fitness and health? |
Weaknesses: What are the daily activities that distract us from a healthy life style. |

Threats: What are the things that get in the way of our health? |
Now the fun part:

As a simple example: One of my strengths is I like to walk and photograph landscapes. So any time I spend hiking or going to the river to shot I overcome one of my weaknesses, sitting & working on the computer.
